Fast, punchy, anime-flavored fight music blasting out of a PS1. Advanced V.G. 2 is a 1998 fighting game and every character gets their own theme, which is exactly what you want. "DANGER GAME" goes hard with that late-90s arcade intensity, while "Genki Princess" is absurdly catchy in a way only Japanese fighting game music can pull off.

The character themes are where this shines. Theme of Saki, Theme of Kyoko, each one tailored to a different fighter's personality. You can practically see the character select screen. "1, 2, 3, 4, STEP" has that upbeat energy that makes you want to pick a new main just because the music is good.
Classic PS1 era stuff. If you like 90s fighting game soundtracks with personality, this one has it in every round.
