Chiptune fanfare kicking in like the GBA just woke up and chose adventure. Andaron Saga is a 2021 homebrew for the Gameboy Advance, and the soundtrack commits fully to that 16-bit sound hardware with a massive tracklist of fantasy RPG themes.

"Ballad of the Gallant Warrior" has that classic GBA melody writing, bright and heroic through tiny speakers. "Vikings of Hornheim" goes heavier with percussion that pushes the sound chip into war mode. Then "The Wondrous Bard" does something playful, like a tavern scene scored on hardware from 2003.
Modern composers writing for retro hardware and actually respecting the limitations. You hear it. For anyone who thinks the GBA sound chip still has stories left to tell in 2021.
