This is one of those bonus comedy side-stories the franchise put out, and Menma being associated with curry is peak slice-of-life goofiness. Anohana is the show that made an entire generation ugly-cry over a flower and a firework, so getting a lighthearted drama CD about curry feels like a necessary palate cleanser.
The voice cast from the anime carries these audio dramas, and Menma's earnest energy translates perfectly to a comedy bit about food. As a single-track release, this is strictly for completionists and die-hard Anohana fans who want every scrap of content featuring the Super Peace Busters.
It's a tiny, silly piece of a franchise that otherwise specializes in emotional devastation. Sometimes you just need Menma talking about curry.
