It's orchestral, tense, and carries that blockbuster weight the series is known for. The split between "Ambient" and the combat tracks tells you everything about how the game plays. You plan your route in relative calm, then "Battle" and "Clash" kick in when the alien towers start firing and your units start dying.
"Clash" in particular ratchets the intensity up a notch, layering in heavier percussion and sharper brass for the moments when your strategy is barely holding together. It's a compact soundtrack for a compact game, but nothing here is filler.
The Anomaly series always punched above its weight in production values for a mobile-first title, and these four pieces do exactly what they need to do: make you feel like a commander whose next wrong turn costs lives.
