"Empty Potion Blues" is a standout that does exactly what its name promises, wrapping a melancholy blues riff around the game's item shop. "Longraham Polka" bounces with a folksy charm that makes wandering towns feel lived-in.
"Fennic and Annalise" carries the weight of the game's central romance with a tender string arrangement, while "Star-Crossed Doubts" and "Star-Crossed Memories" bookend that relationship with uncertainty and nostalgia. "Necromancy" and "Darkness Falls" pull the score into genuinely unsettling territory, proving Poss can do menace just as well as warmth.
The battle themes hit hard too. "Intriguing Tactics" keeps grid-based combat feeling strategic rather than frantic, and "Bait and Switch" has this sneaky rhythmic energy that matches the game's political double-dealing. "Arcadian Requiem" closes things with a gravity that earns the word in its title.
