The man is running an entire brotherhood now, and the score knows it. "Villa Under Attack" is one of the most intense pieces in the entire franchise, capturing the gut-punch of watching Monteriggioni fall in the opening sequence.
"The Pantheon" brings this ancient grandeur with reverberant choral layers that make you feel the scale of Rome's history, and "Echoes of the Roman Ruins" does exactly what the title promises with haunting ambient textures.
"Cesare Borgia" gives the villain his own menacing motif that drips with arrogance and cruelty. The bonus tracks including "End Fight" and "Last Stand" round things out with combat energy that hits harder than most action game scores.
This version of the soundtrack includes "Rome Countryside" which is pure Kyd pastoral beauty before everything goes sideways.
