Hype rap verses and booming production built to soundtrack the biggest fighting game tournament on earth. Believe is the official EVO 2022 album, and it goes hard. "Test Your Might" opens the Mortal Kombat 11 segment with pure aggression.
"Chinatown Faire" featuring LI Joe is a love letter to the NYC arcade scene. "O.C.V." hits with that King of Fighters energy, all confidence and swagger. The album weaves personal stories from FGC legends like Seth Killian and James Chen between intro tracks for each game.
It treats the fighting game community like the culture it is, not just a competition. If you've ever watched an EVO top 8 with your heart pounding, this album bottles that feeling.
