Track01 is the whole thing. One continuous drama track that plays out like a radio play with music woven underneath. It is very much a fan item, meant for people deep in the BlazBlue lore who want more time with Tsubaki's character.
The production sits in that mid-era Arc System Works space where the voice cast carries everything and the background scoring just sets mood. If you are a BlazBlue story completionist who needs every piece of the timeline, this exists for you specifically.
