"World of darkness" sets the tone immediately, all weight and foreboding. But then you hit "Dandy Orc Blues" and suddenly there's this jazzy, almost playful number sitting right in the middle of a dungeon crawl. "OYASUMINASAI..."
goes soft and lullaby-quiet, like the game tucking you in between brutal fights. The range here is wild. Battle tension, bar hangouts, fairy tales, wandering spirits. All from a 2001 PS2 Wizardry game nobody talks about enough.
Perfect for anyone who thinks dungeon crawler soundtracks are all just combat loops.
