Gritty, saturated tones that sound like color draining out of a speaker. ColorBlend FX: Desaturated Jukebox is an eight-track 2021 collection that runs from chill to menacing in a tight loop. "World Is Ash" and "Distorted Thoughts" lean into that dark, warped side where the audio feels like it's been through a filter that strips the warmth out.
"Wonderful Night" pulls back to something more inviting before "Malevolent Relic" drags you back down. "Sparks of Hope" closes things with what the title suggests, a small bright point after all that grime. The whole thing feels curated around a theme of losing and finding color.
If you want a short soundtrack that commits to a specific vibe and doesn't flinch, this is eight tracks of it.
