"Tooryanse (tekno children mix)" takes a traditional Japanese melody and warps it into something menacing. "Snake Charmer" slithers in with this mid-tempo groove that catches you off guard between the heavier cuts. Sixteen tracks, mostly remixes of existing DDR material.
The SPG Medley shows up here too, tying this sampler to the UNIVERSE one like a shared universe of dance. Original Xbox sound output gives everything a slightly compressed, punchy feel. If you want your DDR remixes with a layer of 2006 grit baked in, this sampler hits right.
