The Butcher's Circus Combat track has that same Stuart Chatwood intensity the base game nailed, all driving percussion and sinister melody lines twisting around each other.

The Lobby track sets the mood while you wait. Slower, more menacing. Like sitting in a waiting room where terrible things happen next door. Only two tracks but they both do exactly what they need to do. Short, mean, effective.
