Creeping ambient dread that settles in slow and stays. Dead Realm is a multiplayer horror game on PC and Mac, and its soundtrack keeps things minimal on purpose. "Dead Silence" does exactly what the name promises, building tension from almost nothing, while "Tomb" layers in this low rumble that makes you want to check behind you.

Only six tracks, but they cover the whole mood spectrum from the eerie calm of "Fireside" to the unsettling weight of "Soul Food." Short album, tight focus. The Main Menu theme sets the tone immediately and "Playhouse" closes things out with something that feels like a dare.
If you are into atmospheric horror soundscapes that do more with less, this one nails it.
