This is a companion audio collection tied to the Deep One visual novel, focusing specifically on the character Konoka in an intimate, ASMR-style format. The track titles tell the story -- "Little Sister's Day" (Imouto Biyori), "Little Sister Massage" (Imouto Massage), and "Big Brother's Counterattack" (Oniichan no Gyakushuu) set up a cozy domestic scenario between siblings.

The binaural audio design is the real selling point here, with tracks split between left and right channels. "Relaxing at the Kotatsu (Right Ear Cleaning)" and "The Other Ear Too (Left Ear Cleaning)" are exactly what they sound like -- ASMR ear cleaning audio designed for headphone listening.
"Who's the Sleepy One" and "Let's Sleep Together" continue the soothing bedtime theme, with bonus tracks for sleeping beside the listener from both left and right perspectives. The collection closes with "Fleeting Feelings, Bloom Into Flowers Again and Again" (Hakanaki Omoi yo, Ikudo mo Hana ni Nare), which connects back to the main Deep One soundtrack's floral motifs.
At just ten tracks, it's a very specific kind of fan-service release -- less a traditional soundtrack and more an audio drama experience for people who connected with Konoka's character.
