"Secret Ninja Art of Love" opens with the kind of high-energy J-pop the series is known for, and each character theme doubles as a cooking anthem. "It's Your Big Sis, Yagyu!" captures Yagyu's intensity filtered through culinary competition, while "Cook Like Crimson Flame!"
brings Homura's fiery personality to the kitchen. "Futomaki Ninja" is genuinely catchy in a way that has no right to work as well as it does. The tonal whiplash between tracks like "Classic Romance -A Woman In Her Prime-" and "Full-On Sadist" is peak Senran Kagura energy -- swinging between sincerity and absurdity with zero hesitation.
