Deliver At All Costs pairs its chaotic delivery-driving gameplay with a soundtrack that bounces between surf rock, big band swagger, and earnest Americana, and somehow none of it feels out of place. The track names alone tell you this game does not take itself too seriously. "Escaping the Eruption" brings genuine intensity to the mix when the game's set pieces demand it, and "Winston vs. the World" has this scrappy underdog energy that perfectly scores the player's increasingly absurd delivery missions.
"Swing Ahoy Four" channels old-school big band with a modern bounce, and "Scotch Bonnet" brings a spicy Caribbean flair that keeps the palette from getting stale. The more narrative-driven tracks like "Norman - The Man, the Myth, the Legend" and "The Dark Side of Donovan" hint at actual character depth lurking beneath the comedy.
"Something Bigger Than Us" plays it genuinely sincere, and "A Passing Delivery" closes with a bittersweet touch that lands harder than you would expect from a game about flinging packages out of a truck. This soundtrack has real range.
