"Map to the Future" captures that forward-charging optimism Disgaea always threads through its absurdist demon politics, while "Missing You" pulls back into something genuinely tender. "Passionate Eyes" brings the dramatic flair, and "DJN" closes things out with the kind of off-the-wall energy you'd expect from a series about zombie overlords and exploding penguins.
It's a lean package, but every track earns its spot. If you've followed the Disgaea soundtracks across six mainline entries and countless spinoffs, these updated arrangements are a nice victory lap for some of the franchise's strongest musical ideas.
