Mobile gacha games rarely get this kind of musical effort. Dragon Ball Legends' 2020 OST delivers a full spectrum of battle-ready orchestral rock that would feel right at home in a console release. "Dohatsuten!!" and "I don't feel like losing!!" are pure fighting spirit distilled into sound, with driving rhythms that match the game's fast card-based combat. "Indomitable fighting spirit" earns its name. But the soundtrack has range beyond hype: "Take a break" gives you room to breathe between fights, and "Reunion" carries genuine emotional warmth for the game's original story beats.
The track titles read like a Dragon Ball character's internal monologue, and that's part of the charm. "I won't shake even one step!" and "Those who stand up" capture the defiant underdog spirit the franchise lives on. "Afterglow of victory" is a satisfying cool-down after all that intensity.
For a free-to-play mobile title, this soundtrack punches way above its weight class.
