"Tear of Mercy" carries religious weight appropriate for the series' Gnostic themes. "Jr. Capture" gives Gaignun Jr. another spotlight — the U.R.T.V. characters clearly had enough dramatic material for multiple drama CDs.
"Reunion" brings characters together. "Completion" suggests a narrative thread reaching its end. "The Best" is either a celebration or an ironic title in a universe where nothing is ever simple. "My Pace" opens with unexpected casualness for a series about the relationship between God, humanity, and sentient machines.
The bonus track provides the usual extras. Three Outer Files, 24 total tracks of supplementary Xenosaga drama — not nearly enough for a universe this deep, but each one adds connective tissue to the Episodes.
