"Celestar" shifts into something more ethereal and spacey, with layered synths that suggest the cosmic side of DNF's lore. "Illusion Tower" is the standout here -- it builds this twisting, mysterious atmosphere with deceptive melodic shifts that mirror the disorienting concept of the stage itself.
"Big Pale Blue" takes a mellower approach, offering a wistful, almost melancholic breather that gives the tracklist some welcome emotional range between the more intense pieces. Then "Hurry Up!!!!" (yes, four exclamation points) closes things out exactly how you'd expect from that title -- urgent, percussive, and unapologetically arcade-flavored.
It's a short album, sure, but every track has a clear purpose and distinct identity. For a mobile game OST, it punches well above its weight class and shows that the DNF franchise still takes its music seriously regardless of platform.
