Dungeon Defenders nailed one of the trickiest things in game audio: making the same map sound completely different depending on whether you're building or fighting. Every environment has its Build Phase and Combat Phase counterpart.

"Dungeons (Build Phase)" is calm, strategic, almost cozy, letting you place your towers in peace. Then "Dungeons (Combat Phase)" erupts with this urgent orchestral energy as enemies flood in. That dynamic carries through every zone, from Castle to Rooftops to the Misty Mire.
The boss themes are where the composers really flexed. "Demon Boss" has this heavy, foreboding weight. "Goblin Mech Boss" brings mechanical menace. "Grand Dragon Boss" goes full epic fantasy. And "Spider Queen Boss" crawls with exactly the kind of creeping tension you'd expect.
"Boss Approaching" is the universal warning track, that moment where you hear it and start double-checking your defenses. "The Tavern" is the social hub music that thousands of co-op sessions were soundtracked by, warm and welcoming between rounds.
The DLC content expanded the palette with "Arabia (Build Phase)" and the holiday-flavored "Winter Tavern" and "Snowy Village" tracks. "Hail to the Defender" and the "End Credits Theme" close things out with real triumph.
Tower defense never sounded this good.
