"Lullaby of the Starry Sky" from Sorcerian's Traveler's Inn is the kind of track that makes you stop playing and just listen. And "Boss Battle" is literally unused Ys III music, which feels like finding buried treasure. The whole disc has this cozy, fan-service quality.
Arranged versions of beloved tracks sitting next to unreleased cuts. "Goodbye, Adol" being unused Ys II music is almost poetic. If you grew up on MSX or PC-88 Falcom and want to feel something, this box set delivers.
