"I Can't Help Fighting with You" gives the action themes a vocal flair that feels very late-80s Japanese pop. The medley at the end, "Game Original Sound Story," stitches together the raw NES compositions as a reminder of where it all started.
Only five tracks, but each one stretches out and takes its time. Very much a product of that era when game music albums were events. Worth hearing if you thought you knew every version of Mario 3's soundtrack.
