Gothic 3 Original Soundtrack

2006 · Windows

Grand, layered, emotionally heavy PC RPG scoring. Gothic 3's Original Soundtrack is the expanded version with 29 tracks, and the additions matter. "Opening Sequence" and "The Creation Of The Barrier" fill in narrative gaps the other release skipped, and "End Titles" gives the whole thing a proper sendoff.

"Exploring Myrtana" and "Revolution" capture both sides of the game's world, the quiet wandering and the political upheaval. "From Silden To Trelis" is pure overland travel energy. The bonus tracks at the end get weird, with "Welcome To The Bronx" and "Is Nomine Vacans" sitting outside the fantasy setting entirely.

"In My Dreams" and "Bring Back The Magic" close things out on a reflective note. If you already know the shorter Gothic 3 soundtrack and want the full picture with all the connective tissue included, this is the version to grab.
