Live recordings of Guilty Gear tracks and they absolutely rip. Hearing "Holy Orders (Be Just or Be Dead)" performed live gives it this raw, human energy the studio version can only hint at. "HEAVY DAY" opens Xrd's story with the same intensity here, but the crowd reaction adds another layer.

"Still in the Dark" and "Ride the Fire!" get the full band treatment and lose nothing. Daisuke Ishiwatari's compositions were always meant to be played loud by real people in a room. "Magnolia Èclair" and "Lily" bring the softer side.
The vocal version of "Sky Should be High" closes beautifully. If you've only heard Guilty Gear through your TV speakers, this is what you've been missing.
