"RISE" in its Horn Version adds brass to a track that originally ran on pure guitar energy, and it completely changes the mood. "El Dorado -Can You Fly-" has that soaring progressive rock feel the series does so well. "Modorenai Love" in its Forever Version stretches the original into something more patient and melancholic.
The five PS2 ending themes are a neat time capsule. Each one bookended a different console release, and hearing them back to back traces how the series evolved across those iterations. Eleven tracks for the completionists who played through every PS2 version and want to hear all those tucked-away arrangements in one place.
