Soft piano and warm synth that wraps around you like a blanket in a dormitory common room. Hanamaru! is a 2004 visual novel, and its soundtrack has that mid-2000s slice-of-life purity that's almost impossible to fake. "Himawari" blooms with this bright, hopeful melody, "Tsubaki's feelings" pulls into something more personal and aching, and "Rhapsody" lets the piano just run free for a while.
The naming tells you everything. Flower names for character themes, seasons for moods. "Harukaze dorm carnival" is exactly that kind of busy, happy chaos. Then "Deep Blue" and "Repetition" shift into quieter, more contemplative spaces.
"Snowly Asia" is a weird title that somehow fits perfectly. That warm-cold contrast. If you miss the era when VN soundtracks were basically lo-fi playlists before lo-fi was a genre, start here.
