KOTOKO's voice cutting through like a laser over driving synth-pop. Hekira no Sora he Izanaedo is a single tied to a PS3/Xbox 360 title from 2010, and it is pure KOTOKO energy. The title track hits with that fast, emotional J-pop style she is known for, vocals layered over electronic production that would not sound out of place in an opening cinematic.

"Digital Snail" rounds things out as the B-side with a different texture but the same intensity. Both tracks come with instrumental versions, which honestly slap on their own. Four tracks total, compact and focused. If you are already a KOTOKO fan you do not need convincing, and if you are not, this is a solid place to start wondering where she has been all your life.
