Bright electronic pop with a Japanese indie edge. HOOTER dropped in 2016 with no listed platform, and its tracklist reads like a chill weekend playlist. Kick it opens things up with energy, and Spring has come brings this breezy optimism that just lifts your whole mood.
The self-titled HOOTER track sits right in the middle and carries the most personality. Sunshine and Up & Up keep that upbeat momentum rolling without getting repetitive. Then you hit something like Scorpion EVO or the Japanese-titled track and the vibe shifts just enough to stay interesting.
Let me down (Alinut Remix) closes things out with a different texture entirely. Throw this on when you want something light and catchy that doesn't take itself too seriously.
