"Captive Heart" lives up to its name with this aching restraint that never quite lets go. "Overflowing Thoughts" and "Forbidden Words" sit back to back and that sequencing is brutal. The full-size version of "Rumbling Hearts (GAME fullsize)" here is the definitive version of that theme.
"Timeless Room" sets a mood of frozen time that mirrors the story perfectly. There are unused tracks buried in here and even bonus drama content. Twenty-two tracks total, including the music box arrangement that will absolutely wreck you at 2AM.
If you played Rumbling Hearts and sided with Mitsuki, this is where you go to feel everything again.
