"The Forest Sleeps -- One" and "Two" give you this paired, hushed progression that sounds like night settling over something ancient. "Engrave Your Cry Forever" goes heavy on the emotional strings, the kind of track that plays during the scene you didn't think would wreck you.
Then "Hide, Leap, Run" picks the tempo up into something almost playful, a needed contrast. Twenty-four tracks swinging between gentle warmth and quiet devastation. Very much built for narrative pacing. If you're into VN soundtracks that know exactly when to twist the knife, this one delivers.
