Sweet, vocal-driven tracks that sound like summer wind chimes on a lazy afternoon. Kotonoha Maichiru Natsu no Koe is a 2019 visual novel and this song CD comes with full vocal versions plus instrumentals for every track.
The title track floats with this delicate seasonal warmth. The third track brings a more introspective tone, quieter and more personal. The afternoon tea song is exactly as charming and proper as you'd expect. 12 tracks total, six vocal and six instrumental mirrors.
The instrumental versions actually stand well on their own, not just karaoke leftovers. Each song captures a different facet of that summer mood. If you want to feel nostalgic for a Japanese summer you never had, this will do it.
