Luna is a 2017 VR experience from Funomena, and this fifteen-track soundtrack reads like a nature poem set to music. Each animal title -- "A Bird," "A Turtle," "A Swan," "A Fox," "An Owl" -- acts as a movement in what feels like a meditation on the natural world, with the spaces between them filling in the emotional landscape.

"Tempests" introduces turbulence early, but it is the kind of beautiful storm that you watch from shelter rather than run from. "Cold, fires burn" captures that paradox of warmth in winter with layered tones that feel both distant and intimate.
"Aimlessly measured" is a gorgeous contradiction of a title and the music matches, wandering with purpose through delicate melodic territory. "Oaths" and "A thousand roads" sit together in the tracklist and feel like a moment of commitment followed by the vast uncertainty of what comes next.
"The night's shadows grow" builds a darkness that is more contemplative than threatening, and the closer "Thunder finally above" arrives with the weight of everything that came before it. The whole album plays like a single arc from dawn to storm.
If you never experienced it in VR, the music alone carries enough atmosphere to transport you.
