The full original soundtrack for M Rear — sixteen tracks of visual novel BGM covering daily life through three time periods: "日常のテーマ・朝" (Daily Theme: Morning), "昼" (Afternoon), and "夜" (Night). "学園のテーマ" (School Theme) grounds the setting.
"まったりのテーマ" (Relaxation Theme) handles the laid-back moments. "トラブル & トラブル" (Trouble & Trouble), "パニック発生" (Panic Outbreak), and "困惑のテーマ" (Confusion Theme) escalate the comedy. "悲しきかな我が人生" (How Sad, My Life) plays the protagonist's suffering for laughs.
"挙句の果てに" (On Top of Everything) is the "and then it got worse" cue. The comedic escalation tracks tell you exactly what kind of story this is. Three numbered "エッチシーン" (H-scene) tracks handle the adult content with systematic efficiency.
"アイキャッチ BGM" provides scene transition stings. "チェンジ☆トリップ" (Change Trip) closes the album as both the theme song and its instrumental version — the star in the title adding a playful sparkle to a soundtrack that balances school comedy, slapstick panic, and intimate moments.
