Margit's take brings a distinctly European flair with a more commanding vocal presence, and Teni's version is lighter, more playful, like someone who knows she's charming and leans all the way into it. By the fifth installment, the Majikoi vocal CD format is a well-oiled machine.
The base Lv.A-5 track keeps the series energy high with driving pop-rock that wouldn't sound out of place as an anime opening. What keeps it interesting this late in the run is how different the three character versions feel from each other.
Yoshitsune, Margit, and Teni are such distinct personalities that the same song genuinely transforms with each interpretation. Karaoke tracks for all four versions fill out the back half, as tradition demands. If you've been collecting since A-1, this is the closer you've been waiting for.
If you're jumping in fresh because Margit is your favorite, it works just as well as a standalone character tribute.
