The slice-of-life side shines through in the gently titled "本日もそしてやわらかな午後" (roughly "Today, Too, a Soft Afternoon"), which captures the peaceful everyday moments between the mecha combat. The battle side of the score hits hard.
"Slash the heart of world" and "Demon Maxwell" bring aggressive, driving energy for the combat sequences, while "Perfect Gravity" and "Edelwind" balance intensity with melodic sophistication. "Queen's Regalia" and "輝鉄玉鋼" carry a regal, metallic weight that fits the mecha-suit theming perfectly.
"Faux eclair" adds an intriguing atmospheric texture, and "Norn Intermission" provides a breather between the heavier tracks with its mythological naming hinting at the fate-driven narrative. The bonus arrangements at the end of the album are a treat.
The Electro arrange of the afternoon theme reimagines that peaceful melody with pulsing electronic energy, the 8bit arrange of "Let's Mission Time!" is a fun retro throwback, and the "Crassic arrange" of "Perfect Gravity" strips things back to classical instrumentation.
"Last Engaged." closes out the main tracklist with finality before its instrumental version gives you one more pass at the melody. It's a well-rounded soundtrack for a niche title that deserves more attention from VN music fans.
