"Shiawase no Uta" (Michiru's theme) is gentle in a way that feels fragile, like it could shatter if you think about it too hard. "Shikkoku no Umi" (The Pitch-Black Sea) drops the warmth entirely, just dark and open and empty.
Then "Yume Mita Ashita e" brings back the hope, tentatively. The vocal tracks bookend everything. "Hane wo Motanai Shoujo" opens with this wistful clarity, and its off-vocal version lets the melody stand alone. For late nights when you want something beautiful and a little bit devastating without saying a word.
