"Permafrost" shifts cold and crystalline, like the temperature dropped ten degrees in your headphones. "Underground Storm Drains" has this murky reverb-soaked thing going on that feels genuinely subterranean. The remixes of "Sparkle of Tarn" and "Precontinent Highway" rework the originals into something dreamier, more drawn out.
