Unsettling, abrasive, and genuinely strange electronic textures that sound like someone fed a synthesizer through a meat grinder. MOUTHOLE is a 2024 Windows indie game and the soundtrack by itself tells you this is not a normal experience.

"Edentulism" opens with a discomfort that only escalates. "Crawl Into" and "Your Mouth" build atmosphere through industrial drones and fractured rhythms. The "H" tracks recur like mutations of the same theme. H Adapted, H Recurrence, H Lydian, H Blade, each one warping the motif further into something alien.
"Approaching Cracctus" shifts into genuine tension, and "Cracctus Roam" lets that tension just... hang there. "Change The Channel" and "Pulse Transmission" bring a jittery, broadcast-signal energy that fits the game's body-horror aesthetic.
The bonus Nightmare and Dream tracks bookend the whole thing with opposing moods. If you want a soundtrack that makes you physically uncomfortable in the best possible way, MOUTHOLE delivers something genuinely unnerving.
