"Dialing MSN TV" is the entire album, and honestly that's fitting. It's the musical equivalent of watching a progress bar fill up on a CRT screen. Brief, functional, slightly optimistic in that early-internet way where everything online still felt like a frontier.
There's something weirdly charming about preserving this. Not every piece of audio history needs to be grand. For anyone who remembers when connecting to the internet was an event that had its own theme music.
