Harpsichords over breakbeats in a kart racer. Evelyn Lark composed the Nightmare Kart soundtrack and somehow made gothic horror racing music feel completely natural. "Great Clocktower" is nearly five minutes of layered strings and percussion that has no business being this good for a track you hear mid-drift.

"Angel Graveyard" leans into this eerie flute-and-cello thing that sounds more like a Castlevania level than a race course. The whole thing uses samplers, theremins, and real instruments to nail that PS1 horror vibe the game is going for.
Born from the Bloodborne Kart fan project, obviously. If you thought kart racers couldn't have genuinely unsettling soundtracks, Evelyn Lark took that personally.
