The Tartarus floor themes (tartarus_0d01 through 0d03) build this creeping unease that makes dungeon crawling feel genuinely oppressive. "Deep Mentality" hits with quiet devastation. "Burn My Dread" opening the whole thing remains one of the best cold opens in RPG music.
The mix of hip-hop, jazz, and pop-rock still sounds like nothing else in the genre. If you've been sleeping on Persona 3's sound, wake up.
