"Ramen Shiraishi" and "Gatten Sushi" are location themes with more personality than most games give their final bosses. The character themes nail it across the board. Eikichi's sad variant is genuinely moving, and Maya's theme became iconic for a reason.
"Zodiac" brings this mysterious, almost prog-rock atmosphere. "Satomi Tadashi" shows up twice with different shop arrangements, which is commitment to a bit. The Sumaru City map theme ties everything together with warm confidence.
