This show had absolutely no business going this hard on its music. The Across the 2nd Dimension soundtrack is wall-to-wall earworms disguised as kids' movie songs. "Summer (Where Do We Begin)" is genuinely anthemic pop-rock that holds up completely outside the show.

"Robot Riot" slaps with distorted guitars and this frenetic energy that matches the on-screen chaos. "Brand New Best Friend" is Doofenshmirtz at his musical peak, weirdly catchy villain pop. "Kick It Up A Notch" features actual Slash shredding over a cartoon, and it works.
"Come Home Perry" goes unexpectedly emotional. "Rollercoaster" reprises with maximum energy. Every track commits fully to its bit. If you grew up on this show, you already know. If you didn't, prepare to be converted.
