"The Doctor Is In" introduces a clinical, sterile horror that feels different from previous chapters. "All Skein And Bone" is wonderfully grotesque in its sound design. But it's the quieter moments that cut deepest. "I'm Sorry" and "Ollie" carry genuine emotional weight amid all the terror.
