This thing opens with voiced drama tracks spliced between chunky PC Engine FM arrangements and it's kind of wonderful. "Bodyguards Theme (Dance Version)" hits with this surprisingly funky groove that the hardware pushes through sheer determination.

"Green World" gets both an arrange and implied original, and the arrange version smooths those waveforms into something almost lush. "Forest of the Dead" and "Wasteland of Trial" go darker, crunchy percussion over ominous bass patterns.
The voiced segments ("Cutie Mask Corps Arrives") give it this OVA anime energy that was peak mid-90s. "Heavy Shuffle" lives up to its name, all swagger. A charming time capsule for anyone who thinks the TG-16 didn't have personality.
