Another voice drama rather than a traditional soundtrack, this time telling Psychic Force stories across two multi-part arcs. The first follows the ESP group NOA through Richard Wong's scheming and Brad's fury, ending in a "Maze of Flame and Ice" that sounds genuinely dramatic.

The second arc centers on Emilio and Wendy with enough emotional devastation to earn a chapter literally called "Heartbroken Psychicer Emilio." Three radio guidance segments round it out with lighter behind-the-scenes flavor.
Pony Canyon published this in early '97, and the voice cast (Takehito Koyasu, Kyoko Hikami) commits fully. A weird and wonderful artifact of when fighting games got novelistic treatment. For Psychic Force completionists only, but those people already know.
