Pure early 2000s Russian punk chaos compressed into a game soundtrack. This is sloppy, loud, and absolutely not trying to impress anyone, which is exactly why it works. "Рок-н-ролл!!!" is three exclamation marks of exactly the energy you'd expect.

"Пьяный ёжик" (Drunk Hedgehog) exists as a track name and honestly that tells you everything. "Сортирный басс" has a grimy low-end rumble that sounds like it was recorded in someone's garage. On purpose. The whole thing feels like a zine you'd find stapled together at a show.
