"Peace & Love '99" has this breezy, feel-good vibe that captures the whole late-Dreamcast-era optimism. "GOT TO BE SKA" from The Silver Sonics is exactly what it says, bouncy brass-driven ska that sounds like it fell out of a Tower Records listening station.
