This soundtrack keeps folding in on itself in the best way possible. s.p.l.i.t pairs its puzzle concept with music that feels like two halves constantly trying to sync up. "Expanding Symmetry" does this thing where mirrored melodic lines drift apart and snap back together, almost hypnotic.
Then "K-COM" shifts into something more mechanical and urgent, like the game just raised the stakes on you. "Wrestling With The Sun" hits different though. Big warm synths fighting against this anxious rhythmic pulse underneath.
If you're into cerebral puzzle games where even the music makes you think harder, this one rewards close listening.
